Well, I lost three pounds this week. I am at 165.3. Good for me!
Sometimes I wonder if my son will find my journals and blogs 50 years from now. I hope not. What fun to read! Did I write about politics, current events, social/cultural trends? No, I wrote about my weight.
Anyway, I am starting to run again. I am going to train for a 5k.
I love exercising and eating well. It feels like the answer to so many problems.
I just have to avoid the pitfalls of boredom, perfectionism and "What The Hell".
